Professional Context Statement

As an Inclusion Teacher with a Master's in Inclusive Education, I work closely with students and teachers to create an inclusive and supportive learning environment. My current role involves differentiating curriculum, managing diverse student needs, and leading the inclusion space within the Year 3/4 cohort. I am passionate about fostering a culture of collaboration, where every student's voice is heard, and all learners are supported. My ultimate goal is to transition into a leadership role, such as Deputy Principal or Principal, where I can drive innovative practices that promote inclusion, improve educational outcomes for all students, and reinforce innovative practices.
