Linking Statement

These goals align with my broader Course Learning Plan by fostering the critical, reflective, and relational capabilities required for educational leadership. By engaging deeply with the concept of learning trajectories, I am better equipped to support both student and staff growth through continuous, lifelong learning approaches.

This subject connects meaningfully with my previous studies in leadership and innovation by shifting the focus toward understanding the learner’s journey, how people grow, adapt, and transform through learning. It strengthens my ability to design learning environments that are inclusive, dynamic, and responsive to the diverse needs of individuals across time and context.
