Course Learning Goals

1. Develop Leadership Skills for Inclusive Education:  
   Enhance my ability to lead and support inclusive practices that cater to diverse learners, fostering a           school culture where every student has the opportunity to succeed.

2. Lead Innovation and Change in Education:  
    Acquire the skills to design, implement, and lead innovative practices that address key challenges              within the school context, promoting continuous improvement and positive change.

3. Build Collaborative and Reflective Practices: 
    Cultivate strong collaboration and reflective leadership practices that engage staff, students, and the        community in creating a supportive and forward-thinking learning environment.

4. Utilise Data-Driven and Evidence-Based Leadership:  
     Strengthen my ability to use data and evidence-based strategies to evaluate the success of innovative       projects, ensuring informed decision-making and sustained improvement in educational outcomes.

5. Prepare for Leadership in School Administration:  
    Gain the practical and theoretical knowledge required to transition into a leadership role, such as                Deputy Principal or Principal, with a focus on fostering inclusive, innovative, and student-centered              learning environments
