Linking Statement:
The Subject Learning Goals I’ve identified for Leading Learning in Contemporary Contexts directly support my overarching Course Learning Goals by deepening my analytical and reflective capabilities. This subject will allow me to examine leadership as it is practised, not just as it is theorised. This will be completed through engagement with the practice architectures framework. My goal is to sharpen my ability to lead inclusive education from a grounded, evidence-based perspective and position myself as a strategic and relational leader ready to tackle complex challenges in education.
WRAPPING UP:
In summary, my goals for Leading Learning in Contemporary Contexts focus on strengthening both my practical and reflective leadership capabilities. By applying the theory of practice architectures and critically exploring inclusive leadership within my school, I am able to connect theory to the realities of practice. This process is helping me refine my ability to collaborate, reflect, and adapt as a leader. Most importantly, the insights gained will continue to shape my growth, equipping me to foster inclusive, supportive, and future-focused school environments where both staff and students can thrive.
